Summary/Abstract: Since the rapid development of art therapy based on different psychological paradigms, recent years have brought more and more attention to the condition of the body shell of the human "soul". In addition to synergistic approaches, the authors are once again united around the understanding of the unity and integrity of man in his body and his soul. The article discusses art therapy approaches based on body image, development of sensitivity, work on harmful habits and addictions and overcoming parasitic motor patterns. The methods presented are derived from the author's practical art therapy experience with different target groups
