Summary/Abstract: The aim of this research was to establish whether there is a connection between the use of the Canvas platform and the learning process of students by teachers of the faculty of economics of a private university in Trujillo, Peru. The methodology adopted was quantitative, employing a basic approach. The research design utilized was a simple correlational model, where upon applying 2 questionnaires to 52 teachers distributed among the academic administration programs, accounting, economics and international business in October 2023. It was determined that there is a wide use of the Canvas platform (78.8%) and the student learning process was valued as medium (51.9%). Subsequently, by performing the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, it was found that the data does not have a normal distribution, therefore, to test the general hypothesis, Spearman's Rho coefficient was used (p-value = 0.014), determining that there is a low relationship between the use of the Canvas platform and the learning process. This work provides extensive information on the use of this platform and the learning process in a post pandemic Covid-19 environment.
