The expert forensic activity in the ministry of the interior

Summary/Abstract: The article describe on the content of the expert forensic activity carried out at the Ministry of the Interior. It is carried out by employees performing their official duties in the field of expert forensic activity and is expressed in their participation in the methods of evidencing under the Pеnal Procedure Code, pre-trial inspections under the Judiciary Act, police registration and vehicle inspection commissions. These are employees who have special knowledge in the field of forensics, which makes it necessary to engage them in the implementation of all these activities that fill in the content of expert forensic activity. On this basis, their important role and the importance that their activities have for the normal functioning of the Ministry, and hence for achieving its general goals, are emphasized.
