Summary/Abstract: Cristina Chevereşan embarks upon reviewing the most recent collection released by the Polirom Publishing House: Fiction Ltd. hosts important names in Romanian prose. The first three novels to appear in this series are Mihai Zamfir's "The Little Girl" ("Fetiţa"), Alexandru George's "People and Shadows, Voices, Silences" ("Oameni şi umbre, glasuri, tăceri") and Mircea Nedelciu, Adriana Babeţi and Mircea Mihăieş's "The Woman in Red" ("Femeia în roşu"), a blockbuster in the context of recent Romanian literature, which reaches now its third edition.
