Summary/Abstract: The article presents an overview of historical sources (11th–18th cc.) of various genres for studying Russian and partially Slavic phytonyms. A comprehensive study of the lexical-semantic group “Plants” allows finding new lexemes, specifying the date of their first recording, and identifying plants.
