Summary/Abstract: The article highlights the importance of support services in inclusive education for children with special educational needs (SEN). These services, provided through support teachers and multidisciplinary teams, encompass psychopedagogical and speech therapy interventions, counseling, career guidance, and individualized activities tailored to students’ needs. Resource centers function as multifunctional spaces, facilitating collaboration among teachers, parents, and specialists. Research indicates that the presence and effectiveness of support teachers are crucial for successful inclusion, although the lack of resources and specialists remains a challenge. An integrated approach and educational partnerships contribute to the development of each child’s potential, placing the student at the center of the educational process.
