Summary/Abstract: Polish labour law fails to properly address menstruation. Menstrual leave could be a worthwhile proposal for individuals who could benefit from several days off per month due to painful menstruation. The author approximates the legal grounds for finding the ratio legis of this construction in the Polish legal system.
