Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study was to examine the effects of a six-month implementation of a modified Otago program on functional mobility and balance among residents of the Nursing Home “Podgorica”, using the TUG and FSST tests, and to analyze the relationship between exercise attendance and test outcomes. Methodology: The study included 12 residents who regularly participated in the morning exercise program over a six-month period. Attendance was recorded monthly, and functional assessments were conducted using the TUG and FSST tests at the beginning and end of the intervention. The correlation between attendance rate and changes in test results was analyzed. Results: Moderate correlations were observed between exercise attendance and improvements in TUG (r = −0.53, p = 0.142) and FSST tests (r = 0.46, p = 0.210), although these were not statistically significant. Conclusions: Regular participation in exercise sessions may contribute to improved functional mobility and balance in older adults. The TUG and FSST tests proved to be useful tools for monitoring the effects of the intervention. Further studies with larger sample sizes are recommended to confirm these findings.
