Summary/Abstract: This article is dedicated to the topic "Judicial control over the application of arrest and medical restraint measures". This study addresses several scientific and practical issues. The article focuses on scientific approaches to the subject under debate in both national and international specialized literature. Several ECHR cases were used in the preparation, which makes this study categorized as having a practical focus.
