Summary/Abstract: The idea to construct the cemetery church emerged in the midst of the First World War during the collection of donations, but it was only realized a decade later. This small church, designed by architect Hristo Kol¬chakov, has preserved the historical heritage of the Samokov and Tryavna iconographic schools to this day and remains a testament to Bulgarian artistic traditions and faith.
