Summary/Abstract: The overlap of state and customs borders causes significant material damage to the economies of countries importing and exporting various types of goods. Therefore, producers of goods seek ways to market them, often through criminal means. The current situation contributes to offenses related to the illegal circulation of money, goods, weapons, drugs, and pornographic products, which represent the 'elite' layer of organized, transnational crime, a sphere in which billions of dollars circulate. It is only natural that criminal law plays the most important role in countering such crimes.
