Summary/Abstract: Most discussions in the scientific world regarding Artificial Intelligence are still rather inconsistent, both because this technology is not yet fully stabilized and as a result of the fact that the effects of AI are analyzed mainly from the perspective of the economy and the jobs it profoundly transforms. Nevertheless, human society is based on a functional framework, expressed through legal acts of all kinds, which are meant to guide each of our actions. Therefore, analyzing some of the effects of AI in the legal sphere becomes very important, since this new technology is capable of challenging the traditional operating mechanisms of both legal professions and their specific way of thinking. For these reasons, we have chosen to express a few thoughts on one of these effects, namely the standardization of public law, as an area where AI will undoubtedly have a significant impact.
