Summary/Abstract: The paper tries to reveal a specific view and a profound perspective concerning the functioning relationships between specialized bodies within Romanian public administration system, identifying the deficient way of organization and, therefore, functioning with consequences in terms of the efficiency of public decision subsumed under the concept of good governance.
