ADMISSIBILITY OF CORRECTION OF A JUDGMENT IN NON-CONTENTIOUS PROCEEDINGS, IN PARTICULAR IN LAND AND MORTGAGE REGISTER PROCEEDINGS

Summary/Abstract: The study analyses the issue of admissibility of correction of judgements issued in non-contentious proceedings, in particular those concerning land and mortgage registers. Doubtsregarding the nature of corrections of entry errors are clarified and the legal nature of thedecisions in this matter is assessed.From the perspective of the considerations concerning the admissibility of correction ofjudgements in land and mortgage related proceedings, attention is also drawn to the signi-ficance of the action for reconciliation of the content of the land and mortgage register withthe actual legal status and issues concerning the admissibility of correction of a judgement bya court referendary.
