Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the current challenges and key elements of voca-tional support for individuals on the autism spectrum. It specifically addresses theissue of their professional activation, despite having qualifications and skills. The textemphasizes the importance of an individualized approach to career planning and theadaptation of the work environment to the specific needs of these individuals, suchas sensory or structural preferences. Career advisors, pedagogues, and specializededucational programs play a crucial role in the process of professional integration.The article also presents examples of actions such as mentoring, vocational coun-seling, and employer education, aimed at increasing awareness of how individualson the autism spectrum function in the workplace. The authors highlight the needfor the further development of inclusive vocational practices to fully harness the po-tential of individuals on the autism spectrum and support their active participationin the labor market.
