Summary/Abstract: "The organizational psychological climate plays an essential role in maintaining the emotional and professional balance of teachers. In educational institutions where tension, lack of support and poor communication prevail, the risk of burnout syndrome is significantly increased. Continuous stress, overwork and lack of professional recognition contribute to the emotional exhaustion of teachers. The article analyzes this complex problem from an interdisciplinary perspective – psychological, educational, medical and managerial – highlighting the causes, effects and possible solutions. It emphasizes the profound impact of professional burnout on the quality of teaching and the relationship with students. Teachers exposed in the long term to such a climate develop feelings of depersonalization and decreased professional satisfaction. Preventing burnout involves improving the organizational climate through psychological support, empathetic leadership, and promoting collaboration. It is essential that institutions pay increased attention to employee well-being to ensure a healthy and balanced educational environment."
