Summary/Abstract: The article proposes the identification of the plates, according to the shape of the bottom, characteristic of the craftsman Grigore Ciungulescu (1927-2008), from the ceramic center Oboga, Olt county. For example, I have chosen from the Sergiu-Sorin Popescu collection, four plates, two signed, two not. A specific form of the craftsman stands out, by the similarity of the pieces to that of the Byzantine forms.
