Socio-economic Factors and Integrated Management System – an Effective Mechanism for Quality Vocational Training

Summary/Abstract: The vocational education and training system prepares citizens for realization in all spheres of public life by creating conditions for acquiring professional qualifications and for its continuous improvement. The purpose of the publication is to share a practice for working on the successful unification of socio-economic factors and an integrated management system in public organizations for the purpose of efficiency and quality in vocational training. The results of the applied practice are related to reliability, stability and a fruitful level of training and the possibility of combining a number of processes within the framework of an integrated management system for quality vocational training.
