Summary/Abstract: The enterprise contract in which the provider has not assumed a repetitive obligation, but several distinct obligations that converge towards the sole purpose of the contract and the price is stipulated as a global service, and not as a repetitive service with a certain frequency, is a contract with uno ictu execution, and not a contract with successive execution. The fact that the execution of the contract requires the performance of several activities over a period of time does not change its legal nature into a contract with successive execution, the latter assuming a recurring execution with a certain frequency of the obligations assumed, both in terms of the services provided and the price due. The contract with successive execution should not be confused with the one in which the parties assume several obligations for a global price, in which the question of total or partial execution of the obligations assumed may arise, but not of the successive execution of the obligations.
