Summary/Abstract: This paper aims at assessing the territorial jurisdiction of the court in charge with the settlement of the enforcement appeal. Without claiming to be exhaustive, it aims to review the main hypotheses that may give rise to discussion or non uniform practices in the application of the rules on territorial jurisdiction in the final stage of the civil process enforcement.
