Summary/Abstract: In the consistent interpretation and application of the provisions of Article 12 paragraph (1) of Law no. 193/2000 on unfair terms in contracts concluded between professionals and consumers, republished with subsequent amendments and completions, disputes involving the National Authority for Consumer Protection/other public administration bodies and commercial banks/professionals, when the court is seized by the National Authority for Consumer Protection/other public administration bodies, shall be resolved by the civil sections/specialized civil panels (disputes with professionals) within the tribunal.
