Summary/Abstract: A prohibition represents a legal provision that forbids the commission of certain acts or deeds. By establishing prohibitions for judges and prosecutors, the legislator aimed to protect any form of interference with their independence and impartiality, and, not least, the integrity of magistrates (honor, dignity, professional integrity, and the prestige of justice).
