Summary/Abstract: This research aimed to isolate secondary metabolites from Musa acuminata Colla (banana blossom) using maceration and column chromatography methods. Ethyl acetate extracts were used for isolation, resulting in 30 fractions after TLC testing. NMR spectroscopy (FT-IR, 1D NMR, 2D NMR, and Mass spec) analysis of four fractions identified the triterpene compound Cycloeucalenone.
