Summary/Abstract: In relation to the peculiarities of metaphor as a mental phenomenon and the high social significance of the discourses of extremism and terrorism, it seems important to identify and describe the metaphors involved in the verbalization of “extremism” and “terrorism” concepts in mass media discourse. This research is devoted to the study of examples of the application of nature-morphic metaphorical model based on examples of “extremism” and “terrorism” concepts in the Russianlanguage mass media discourse of Armenia.
