Historical development of legal regulation of relations pertaining to works of fine art (II)

Summary/Abstract: This article is conceived to enlarge the knowledges on copyright of the readers, and especially to clarify what is the historical evolution of the legal regulations of the relationships regarding the works of fine arts. In order to do this, the author tries to divide this evolution in three parts which have their own specifics and are characterized by the correlation between the legal regulations and the level of consciousness over the social relations regarding the works of fine arts.
