Some aspects regarding the provisions of art. 906 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Summary/Abstract: The doctrine of civil law classifies obligations according to several criteria, one of which is the object of the obligation or the nature of the obligation incumbent upon the debtor. Based on this criterion, obligations are categorized as to give, to do, or not to do. Obligations to do or not to do may be contracted in consideration of the person, in which case they are referred to as intuitu personae obligations.
