Summary/Abstract: With the entry into force of the new Criminal Code, consideration was also given to the scale of cybercrime, given the continuous expansion of the virtual environment, including in the fields of commerce and online transactions. The legislator incorporated into the new regulation some of the offenses previously covered by special laws.
