Summary/Abstract: One of the issues recently raised in judicial practice, which is open to two interpretations, stems from the Constitutional Court’s ruling no. 250/2019. Specifically, a debate has emerged regarding the court order through which the judge is to rule on a request to change the legal classification, both in cases where the request is rejected and where it is admitted.
