Summary/Abstract: In an effort to achieve a more equal representation of women in diplomacy, 32 representatives of the V4 countries met in Bratislava from 4 to 6 November 2024 to jointly address the obstacles women face in pursuing a diplomatic career and to highlight the role of inclusive education in overcoming these pitfalls. The Slovak Society for Foreign Policy (SFPA) hosted the event Achieving Gender Parity in Diplomacy Through Inclusive Education.
