Summary/Abstract: Historically Albanians never did seek foreign land, land that is not Albanian. They did seek then, and do seek now the right for every inch of their own land. Everyone should keep their part given by god. "There is no such horrible example in any historical epoch for ghoulish denying of the righteous right, then instatement of borderlines of Albania, where practically as a quarter state, to say, it is bordered in all sides with its own population. I don’t believe that such a case has happened even with African tribes, where in the epoch of colonialism, borders were laid down with the ruler, according to imagined meridians in London, Paris, Berlin etc, offices." Thus Conference of Ambassadors produced almost a century of bloody history, since Alnbania was recognized as a state by around 28.800 km2 from 90.100 km2 of four Albanian Vilajets. It “caused Albanians to stream tears and blood till the present days”, resulting with creation of colonial borders for Albanians. Thus, with Declaration of Independence of Albania, Albanian cause was not closed, not even today, when after 95 years is waiting for a solution. Our wounds and sufferings will be cured only after total independence of Albanian nationality will be recognized. Thus, Albanian issue of that part of Albanian population that live in different states outside of Albanian state should be a single pan national issue. Let it be known that century long aspiration of all Albanians, after all, it has been, is and will be reunion of all Albanian ethnic territories in one national state. By all means, today is required to be more alert then ever, in these crucial moments, times when it is being decided for our existential fate. Unfortunately history is bitter for us, so in order for mistakes since Albanian pashas and till the end of previous century not to be repeated it is necessary to engage more then ever all our national energy to protect the land of our forefathers.
