Summary/Abstract: The first three centuries of the Christianity were characterized by bloody victimization of Christians from the Roman Emperors. The bloodiest of the victimizations were the one of the emperors Nero (54-68), Deci (249-251) Aurelius (270-275) and Dioklecian (284-303). The victimization of the Christians came to an end at the beginning of the 4th century, when in the throne came one of the most known emperors of the Roman Empire Constantine the Great (306-337), who was born in Naissus of Dardania. In 313 Constantine the Great declared, the so cold: “Milano Edict” with which it was granted to the Christians full freedom of belief and also the return of their property and their gathering buildings/places. With the legalization of Christianity there were created good preconditions for construction of legal buildings for Christian believers and also for development of church hierarchy.
