Summary/Abstract: Warsaw's recent development of multifunctional complexes on former industrial sites, incorporating historical architecture, is examined. The article analyzes three major post-industrial revitalization projects in Warsaw that successfully combine modern design with the memory of the sites' former industrial uses. These revitalized areas provide functional spaces while serving as living monuments to the city's industrial heritage, fostering a dialogue between history and progress. The study presents examples of adapting post-industrial sites and buildings for multifunctional purposes, preserving their industrial narrative, and establishing museums or open living museums. The qualitative research methods include document and data analysis, literature review, and use of digital platforms. The article details case studies of Norblin Factory, Powiśle Power Plant, and Praga Koneser Centre, examining their historical context, location, museum concepts, and revitalization works. Challenges and negative aspects, such as the privatization and commercialization of public spaces, are also discussed. The conclusion emphasizes a holistic approach to adapting post-industrial heritage, protecting both historical substance and cultural context, and calls for collaboration among stakeholders.
