Summary/Abstract: This article examines intuition as an innovative approach in adult professional training. It presents a theoretical framework based on the perspectives of leading authors on the nature and role of intuition who view intuition as a valuable source of knowledge that complements rational thinking. Practical results from the EUNITA project (European Network of Intuitive Trainers) under the Erasmus+ program are also described, including a series of events held in Bulgaria with over 200 participants. Through a semi-structured qualitative analysis of feedback from 37 surveyed participants, the article explores the impact of intuitive methods on learners' understanding. The results show that most participants (over 60%) report a positive change in their understanding of intuition after the events. Nearly all respondents (95%) express a desire for such initiatives to continue. The Discussion analyzes the significance of these findings. Тhe intuitive approach creates a flexible, supportive learning environment and encourages creativity and self-awareness among participants. In conclusion, it is emphasized that integrating intuition into adult education is a high-potential innovation that enriches the training process and warrants wider application.
