Summary/Abstract: In the opinion of the author, the procedural institutions provided for in the chapters of the billunder consideration correspond to the specificity of the proceedings before the Constitutional Tri‑bunal. Their regulations deviate only slightly from the solutions contained in the act in force. Theprovisions of the bill that are the subject of the opinion do not raise constitutional doubts, and theproposals for their correction or supplementation aim at ensuring a higher level of efficiency andreliability of the proceedings before the Constitutional Tribunal.
