Summary/Abstract: This review article discusses the anatomy and variations of the trigeminal nerve and their clinical significance, particularly in the diagnosis and treatment of trigeminal neuralgia, herpes zoster ophthalmicus, and post-traumatic neuropathy. Variations in the nerve's course and branching can affect the success of anesthesia and surgical procedures. The article emphasizes the importance of understanding these variations for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.
