Summary/Abstract: Music education in primary schools plays a multifaceted role in the overall development of children, enabling pupils to acquire fundamental musical knowledge and skills. Creative musical activities, an integral part of curricula and educational reforms, are an essential component of this process. The aim of this paper is, through the results of a survey among music teachers, to provide insights into the representation and position of creative musical activities in primary schools, both in curricula and practical implementation. The results also reflect teachers’ views on challenges in implementing these activities, and their impact on pupils.
