Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to investigate and explain the development of religious life in the territory of the present-day Suha settlement in the area of the Zivinice municipality from the Ottoman period until the 1970s. In the Ottoman period, there was a change in the structure of the population. Islam is developing and the need to build religious buildings. There were three mektebs in the congregation, a wooden mosque with a wooden minaret, a turbe that is associated with the name of the good Ibrahim Dervisevic-Abuka, who lived in the 18th and early 19th centuries. At the location of the turbet there are old tombstones that confirm the continuity of life in this area. Plague graves were found at 9 locations in the village. In the 20th century, a new mosque was built in Suha. The congregation grew stronger over time, new generations of hajis, madrasa graduates, imams and hafiz came out.
