Summary/Abstract: This study investigates the relationship between emerging didactical strategies (ICT tools and instructional accommodations) and the delivery of quality education to students with learning disabilities in Cross River State, Nigeria. A quantitative descriptive survey design was used with 61 participants. Findings show a strong positive relationship between the variables, highlighting the importance of ICT tools and instructional accommodations for quality education service delivery.
