Summary/Abstract: This study discusses the government’s governance in enhancing the quality of regional property reporting through the implementation of a blockchain technology system. The methodology used is an associative method with a survey approach for quantitative data, involving 350 respondents selected through purposive sampling from the South Sulawesi Provincial Government, Indonesia. The proposed hypothesis is tested through data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results show that organizational culture, human development, and reporting innovation significantly influence the adoption of blockchain technology systems, which in turn improves the quality of regional property reporting. Although the direct influence of organizational culture, human development, and reporting innovation on regional property reporting quality is not significant, the role of the blockchain technology system proves to be crucial in mediating the relationship between variables. These findings provide empirical evidence that integrating the latest technology, such as blockchain technology systems, is key to achieving transparent, accurate, and reliable reporting. This research makes a significant contribution to public sector governance practices and offers recommendations for local governments considering investing in blockchain technology to improve efficiency and accuracy in managing regional property.
