Summary/Abstract: Romanian-Italian relations developed continuously in the second half of the twentieth century. During this period many working visits were made and important cooperation agreements were concluded. The main agreement regulating Romanian-Italian trade was the Trade Agreement signed between the two countries in September 1965 for the period 1966-1969. It was renewed in 1969 (annual protocols) until 1974, when its validity expired, and in the following period trade continued on the basis of a protocol signed in 1975.
