Summary/Abstract: This paper analyzes tourism management and marketing strategies and proposes a dynamic system for tourism policy, applied to destination management and marketing in the Czech Republic. The proposed framework aims to improve planning and efficiency, including resource use. It also analyzes tourism policy responses to pandemics, recommending leveraging lessons from COVID-19 to revive tourism through resilience, communication, sustainability, and partnerships.
