General considerations on transfer of procedural standing, the procedural status of the transferor and his successors

Summary/Abstract: The transfer of procedural standing – must be analyzed in an article that will start from the analysis of the provisions of procedural law and their in depth research. In addition to the analysis of the relevant legal rules, we will proceed both to a research of the relevant doctrine and to a research of the case law of the courts, aiming to deal with the theoretical issues in close correlation with the solutions in the practice of the courts. This article will be structured in two parts. The first part is intended to describe the general rules on the transfer of procedural standing from the perspective of the general rules. The second part will present the procedural situation of the transferor and his successors.
