SEVERAL COMMENTS ON THE DEFECTIVENESS OF GRANT RESOLUTIONS IN THE FIELD OF MONUMENT PROTECTION

Summary/Abstract: The analysis of subsidy resolutions on the protection of monuments issued by local govern-ment bodies leads to the conclusion that the problem of their defective nature often arises duringthe verification of resolutions, resulting in a violation of the standards of correct legislation. In orderto prevent errors appearing in subsidy resolutions, local government bodies should meet the require-ments specified in the principles of legislative techniques, in particular by drafting the provisionsof the resolution in a precise, legible and internally consistent manner, without duplicating or modify-ing the provisions of the Act and refraining from applying loose interpretations.
