Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to present interiors designed in 1969-1972 by radical UFO Group as examples of narrative architecture. The mentioned projects, referring to the popular culture and collective imagination of the society at that time, were in close relation with the semiological activity of Umberto Eco. The architects created them using “soft” elements (cheap and simple materials, stage design), applying irony, cynicism, provocation and kitsch aesthetics. In the text, I try to answer the question of what was the narrative nature of these projects.
