Summary/Abstract: The article provides a synthesis of the importance of conducting an economic analysis of the law and the necessity for implementing a serious reform regarding this phenomenon into national legislation during the preparation phase. The primary benefit of an economic perspective is its ability to minimize the negative economic impacts caused by ineffective legal norms. This research focuses on the principles that empower decision makers from legal and economic standpoints, on the guarantees offered by law to citizens to support their interests, and on identifying concrete instruments necessary to restore legality and regain prejudices suffered due to illegal rules. The presentation's conclusions emphasized the need to enhance all individuals' responsibility in the decision making process while limiting the tendency to shift that responsibility to others or state authorities.
