Summary/Abstract: A defining feature of the second Trump administration has been its quiet embrace of concepts related to «Neoreaction» — an ideology popular within Silicon Valley that argues against democratic governance and egalitarian thought, pushes for consolidating power, and embraces isolationism. This article will examine what Neoreactionary thought is, and how this concept may influence decision making in US foreign policy in the coming years. But also, how Kyiv must navigate these ideological contours in an era of renewed global power competition. This analysis will include an overview of how Kyiv may potentially reformat its current security partnership with the United States and other allies, in response to the prospect of long-term American withdrawal.
