Summary/Abstract: In this article, the author analyses the issue of limiting access to health services in the eventof failure to comply with the current vaccination mechanism. The aim is to indicate whether peoplewho refuse to undergo compulsory vaccination mechanisms may be denied other health servicesor access to specific public services. By using a formal-dogmatic research method, analysing man-datory regulations and court judgments, the author points to constitutional problems related to thevaccination mechanism. As a result of the analysis, the author proves that although denial of accessto certain public services is possible in the case of people who do not undergo compulsory vacci-nations, such a situation cannot occur in the case of providing health services. Refusal to providehealth services is regulated in detail by the legislator and the Medical Ethics Committee and doesnot include the right to refuse services to unvaccinated patients.
