THE LEGAL FORM OF INFORMATION ON THE CONSIDERATION OF AN APPLICATION FOR CO-FINANCED PARTICIPATION IN A REHABILITATION CAMP — PRACTICAL APPROACH

Summary/Abstract: The article aims to determine what legal form of the written notification of the consideration ofthe application for co-financing of participation in a rehabilitation camp, regulated in the Regulationof the Minister of Labor and Social Policy of November 15, 2007, would be the optimal solutionfor the applicant. It is significant that the legislator used the term “information” in the content of thesaid act. However, it requires consideration of what this “information” is and whether it providessufficient guarantees for the protection of individual rights. It seems that depending on the legalform of this written notification, one can talk about the effectiveness of securing the situation of thebeneficiaries of this aid or its lack.
