19. The limits of the compensation for the pecuniary damage suffered by the employee, with reference to the provisions of Art. 52 para. (2) of the Labor Code

Summary/Abstract: Art. 52 para. (2) of the Labour Code establishes a particular case of employer's financial liability towards its employee for the period during which the individual employment contract has been suspended at the employer's initiative, following a criminal complaint lodged by the employer against the employee. This liability is conditional on a prior finding of the employee's innocence, and there are a number of specific features as regards the limits of compensation for the pecuniary damage suffered by the employee.
