Summary/Abstract: The thresholds related to categories of road vehicles subject to monitoring—total gross weight or total value of a shipment of goods—stipulated in Article 1, paragraph (4) of Joint Order no. 1337/1268/2024, are generally applicable to all types of commercial operations. If a shipment of goods, regardless of its destination, does not meet the weight and value criteria, it does not fall within the scope of the RO e-Transport System, and therefore, obtaining a UIT code is not required.
